Topics include: * fundamentals of project management * starting a project * linking and modifying tasks * outlining * adding, assigning resources * solving time and resource conflicts * displaying project data * sorting, filtering project data. Microsoft Project for Windows - Level 2 Prerequisite: Microsoft Project - Level 1 or equivalent knowledge and skills Topics include: * setting the plan and creating a baseline plan * tracking project progress * adjusting the schedule * creating effective resource reports *consolidating multiple projects * importing, exporting data * working with views, toolbars, global settings.
